Special Notes on Corporate Pricing

• Extensive song preparation could have additional fees. Items such as long (greater than 50 songs) lists, run of show (ROS), stage/talent performances, and so on. This will require much more prep time.

• Travel to a venue 30 miles or less roundtrip, is inclusive with the Instant Quote. Venues over the allowed mileage, will have travel fees automatically calculated. These fees account for early arrival, gas, and travel time. A typical event in New Orleans, does not have travel fees.

​• Upstairs without elevator access, New Orleans Convention Center, Bourbon Street venues, or riverboats will have additional charges. These charges do not calculate in the Instant Quote. Please inquire for more details about DJ pricing for corporate events.

• Special events such as Mardi Gras, Jazz Fest, New Year’s Eve, Essence Fest, and similar events will have added charges due to parking and convenience of load in. These factors do not calculate on the Instant Quote feature.

• Site visits are $100/hr. There is a one hour minimum charge. Prices are for venues in the greater New Orleans area.

Booking Process for Corporate Events

  • Build your event online and get price quotes. You can generate multiple packages. Use the Instant Quote tab for corporate DJ pricing with Ronnie Roux in New Orleans. If you prefer to talk with someone, reach out via phone or email.
  • Contact DJ Ronnie Roux via email, phone call, text, or social media. Check to see if the date has availability. The Instant Quote tab does not track availability.
  • Discuss event details, expected outcomes, and demographic of the guests. Talks can happen over email, video conference, text, or phone call. The objective is to make sure the DJ is comfortable playing the requested music, before booking the event. Ultimately, we want to make sure the DJ is the correct fit for your corporate event in New Orleans.
  • Contract drafts are drawn up and sent for approval. Once both parties agree on the event details, requests for e-signature are sent out.
  • Payment methods are Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, PayPal, and Venmo. These options will have a 3% processing fee added to the total. ACH and checks have no additional fees. The final check must clear before the event date. Electronic payments are with QuickBooks invoicing, when applicable. 50% of the event total, is due 10 days after the contract signatures are complete. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event.
  • If the venue needs a COI, it can be generated after signing and first payment.
