Ever wish you could collect photos that your guests take at the event? With our gallery technology, you now can. We can offer an online gallery to collect event photos. A QR Code will be supplied to the client. It can be printed for table placements, framed at a designated table, or near the DJ. We can make an announcement for guests to look for the QR code. This feature is ideal for weddings, corporate events, birthdays, and more.

GALLERY AVAILABILITY

QR code use is available prior to the event, event night, and after. This feature works great for gatherings before a wedding day. Guests and family often meet for special engagements. Photos can upload over multiple days of the event. The gallery will remain open after the event as well. If guests forget to upload their photos on the event night, no problem at all. Late photos are easy and hassle free.

Permissions can be off or on for guests to view. If you want to keep the photos private, a custom password is available.. If you want guests to view everyone’s photos, we can change the gallery permissions.

PHOTO SIZE

All phone photos will remain the original size that guests upload them as.

PHOTO DOWNLOADS

Photos will be available for the client to view and download. The downloads can be single or a whole zip file.
