Trade Shows

Hiring a New Orleans DJ for your trade show, may offer just the right vibe for an event. The demographic of attendees can vary. Playing a good mix of genres, can appeal to everyone. Never sticking to one style for too long. Music can also keep booth vendors engaged for the show duration. It helps time pass by quicker.

Trade Show Sound

We do not recommend loud setups for this type of event. This will create difficulties in talking with potential clients. A moderate sound system is recommend. If possible, spreading the speakers out, will give a more uniform sound.

New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center

New policies do not allow the DJ’s music to broadcast over their house sound. They do have options to expand sound on the show floor. The NOCC can provide speakers and audio drops, at various columns in each hall. This creates a uniform sound level. The feed for this audio drop can be ran back to the DJ booth. (The NOCC does charge a fee for this option)

VOG Announcements

Live VOG announcements are available during the show. If your event is at the New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, they have options to use the house PA for announcements. This allows the whole floor to hear the VOG, enhancing the experience, if you’ve hired a New Orleans DJ for a trade show. If extensive VOG announcements are needed, additional fees may be charged. Please reach out to discuss the event.
